Beef Rub

This rub works great on any beef recipe on the grill or smoker. I regularly use this when smoking beef ribs, Beef Tri-Tip, and Brisket. It can be strong so be sure to apply it light and evenly on your brisket or ribs and not heavily caked on.
A version of this rub was originally found on AmazingRibs.com . I’ve adapted that recipe for my use.
